OFFICE OF COMMUNICATIONS (OFCOM)
PLAIN ENGLISH WRITING
The Office of Communications (Ofcom) leads by example when it comes to reaching its audiences.
Communications sit at the heart of everyone’s lives, so it follows that Ofcom’s publications must engage people from all parts of society. For public consultations, they must also seek out as many views as possible.
Spitfire has worked with Ofcom for more than a decade, producing comms across the spectrum of broadcasting, telephony and broadband.
We also show how plain English writing does not mean that intelligent and even complex themes have to be dumbed down.
